Handel Palm Tree Desk lamp in excellent original condition throuhout. Great Patina ... great original Handel sunset glass. Shade signed (see Pic) and base has the cloth Handel tag. Approximate height is 15" ... the shade is 7' at the widest points. It would be very hard to find a cleaner original lamp for anywhere near my price. Ship costs are additional. Which raises a point I want to make.
   You folks may or may not beware of the many Handel overlay fakes there are out there on ebay and shops and auctions everywhere. There are some sellers that know that they are fake (and still guantee it as original) and some that just dont have the knowledge to make that determination. None the less you as the buyer are the loser in these sales. I see so many people display their newest Handel purchase that I know that are outright fake. Many of the bases are old Handel bases but the shades are new copies of Handel's original designs. I have been buying and selling Handel lamps for 40 years ... trust me if someone has mutiples of a particular shade ... be weary ... as there just is not that many out there. Demand a guarantee and follow up with fellow collectors as to authentisity. I guanantee that all my lamps are in original condition ... if not I will describe any damage or repair.
